Not quite five minutes' walk away from the picturesque Provencal village of Flayosc, you'll find this Provencal Villa. Only 1 hour from Nice Airport and 40 mins away from the sandy beaches of St Maxime or St.Tropez. Perched medieval villages, olive mills, wine tasting and first class gourmet restaurants. There are a lot of golf courses within an hour's drive. There are many other nearby villages to visit, all with something of interest. The Georges du Verdon and Lake St Croix which offer swimming or walking in breathtaking scenery are only 40 minutes away. The Mediterranean and sandy beaches are also about 40 minutes to the south at Frejus and it’s just a little further to St Tropez. The region has many interesting chateaux, abbeys, wine domains, art exhibitions and frequent local markets.

Flayosc;
Flayosc, built in the Middle Ages, lies in the heart of Provence and Var, and nestles between the sea and mountains. Flayosc is an interesting place where you can learn something about history and the local surroundings. This picturesque village, with its attractive square with restaurants, cafes and friendly pavement cafes, lies in the heart of the olive groves, famous vineyards and oak woods of this region.

Golf information:
Within 30 till 60 minutes drive we have the golf course of St Endreol - Fréjus La Valascure, - Royal Mougins - Barbaroux (the Bay Hill Club) - St Raphael and Roquebrun.

The Countryside:  
To the North is the amazing Gorge de Verdon, 700m deep in parts. You can drive round the gorge via the Route des Cretes (if you have a head for heights!). There are walks by the river through the gorge; canoes & kayaks can be hired. Lac St. Croix is good for sailing & windsurfing. Between Tourtour & the coast are many vineyards to visit and of course wine to taste. The plain of Valensole to the North West is one of the main lavender growing areas of Provence. Within an hours' drive from Flayosc are Monaco, Nice, Cannes and Aix en Provence. The Mediterranean Sea, St.Tropez and Saint Maxime
